-Playing Police Commissioner John Mills
-Jessica Shepard (Ashley Judd) is a police officer in
San Francisco. She gets a new promotion, and a new partner
named Mike Delmarco. A man has been found dead and the
two officers are brought in to investige. The victim just
happens to be a man Jessica slept with. Now she's under
suspicion and will have to prove to her superiors and
to her skeptical partner that she's not the one behind
the murders and Mills is one of the few people standing
behind her.
-Police Commissioner John Mills is Jessica's mentor who
promoted her and raised Jessica after her parent’s

for a new unit. The new team goes into action when
a drug lord offers $100 million to anyone who can free
him from police custody. The SWAT team is then pursued
by a bunch of reward seekers.

a pretty good amateur musician with the Cello and was
about to go off to a week of fantasy camp with Yo-yo Ma.
But a friend asks him to help find her 15 year old daughter,

illegal. McElroy tries to escape drug kingpin "The
Lizard" (Meat Loaf) and ends up in Liverpool, England,
where he meets Felix DeSouza, another drug lord henchman.
De Souza and McElroy to make a deal that is worth a fortune.
In the meantime, a beautiful assassin (DeSouza's ex-girlfriend)
is sent to kill McElroy, but ends up becoming his guardian
angel.
